1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or scheduling services with Jade Stream Acupuncture & Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Jade Stream Acupuncture & Wellness offers massage therapy, Reiki healing, Daoist shamanic healing, cupping therapy, gua sha, and — upon licensure — acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. All services are provided by Devyn Huang and are intended to support holistic wellbeing. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care or treatment by a licensed physician.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled through our booking platform, Acubliss. Please review the following policies:

• ◈We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• ◈Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at the practitioner's discretion.
• ◈If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your consideration for the health of others.

4. Health Disclaimer

The services offered by Jade Stream Acupuncture & Wellness are complementary and holistic in nature. Please be aware of the following:

• ◈Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition as defined by conventional medicine.
• ◈If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
• ◈We encourage open communication with all of your healthcare providers. Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or treatments prior to your session.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods are listed through our booking platform. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.

6. Informed Consent

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions about the services offered, understand the nature of the treatment you are receiving, and consent to receive that treatment. You may withdraw consent at any time during a session.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jade Stream Acupuncture & Wellness and Devyn Huang are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Jade Stream Acupuncture & Wellness and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore County, Maryland.
